About the role


As Group Sustainability Manager, you will lead and further develop Lindab’s sustainability agenda at the group level. You will integrate sustainability across the entire business strategy and report directly to the Head of Communications & Sustainability, working closely with the executive management team and CEO. Your work will ensure that Lindab’s initiatives align with the company’s ambitious goals: to halve CO₂ emissions by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for sustainability efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with CSRD, the EU Taxonomy, and other relevant regulations.
  • Oversee advanced sustainability reporting.
  • Drive projects focused on climate reduction, circularity, and the development of sustainable products.
  • Serve as Lindab’s spokesperson on sustainability issues, engaging customers, investors, and authorities.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Has at least five years of experience leading qualified sustainability work within B2B, preferably within industry, construction, real estate or manufacturing.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and SBTi and with experience from sustainability reporting.
  • Can translate complex regulatory requirements into concrete strategies that support both sustainability and business objectives.
  • Has excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and build alignment.
